Project Coordinator will perform various coordinating tasks, ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Ideal candidate should have:

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or on similar role
• Fluent English 
• Very good knowledge of Excel reporting and chart presentation
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• An ability to interpret flowcharts, burn down charts, stakeholders maps, RACI matrix, risk logs

Nice to have: 

• Hands-on experience in JIRA, BPMN 2.0
• Knowledge of AHA tool 
• Experience with Gantt charts, Root Cause Analysis/Ishikawa

Your key responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans/initiatives are updated and available for internal teams
• Provide templates for user stories, test cases, cumulative flow diagrams, etc.
• Manage multiple projects for the organization, each with varying priority, timelines and budgets
• Champion the importance of subject matter experts (SMEs) to projects
• Provide project health metrics and project charter 
• Help prepare budgets
• Analyze and manage risks
• Communication management
• Ensure standard rituals across teams: Backlog refinement, Planning, Retrospective, Product Increment (Sprint) Review
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Track deadlines, deliverables, resources
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Mentor on using tools for planning, requirements analysis etc
• Monitor working hours, plans and budgets
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
